The Easiest Juiciest Roasted Chicken Ever!!!

This meal is seriously the easiest thing to throw together, and the chicken comes out perfectly juicy and roasted every time.  I swear.  Thank you for yet again another fantastically delicious and simple recipe.  Love it!!

4 bone-in, skin on chicken legs (with the thighs still attached)
2 T butter
Some of your favorite seasonings (I used David's Spicy Rub - so good!)

Pat your legs dry, and place them in an oven dish.  Rub pats of butter under the skin, and season the top generously with whatever you choose to use.  Place them in a 300 degree oven for an hour, tightly covered with foil; baste after 30 minutes.  When the hour is up, remove them and turn your oven up to 425.  Baste the chicken again, and put them back in the oven uncovered for about 25 minutes.

Oh my word these were SO good.  Best chicken ever!!!
