Chicken Stir Fry with Simply Asia Manadarin Orange Stir Fry Sauce - Recipe & Review

Thanks to my fantastic new job, I get to try new products that I hadn't previously tasted.  I scored a Mandarin Orange Stir Fry Sauce from Simply Asia this week, and knew I had to try it asap.  I had frozen mixed veggies and a can of mandarin orange segments already, so I just had to pick up a pack of chicken thighs.  The recipe on the back of the packet calls for chicken breasts, but thighs are cheaper and have more flavor (in my opinion).

This meal was so quick and easy to throw together, and it came out great.  It's the perfect option for a weeknight meal, and I can't wait to try all of the other flavors that Simply Asia offers!

Chicken Stir Fry w/Simply Asia Mandarin Orange Stir Fry Sauce
4 skinless boneless chicken thighs
Vegetable oil
1 bag of Asian mixed veggies
1 packet of Simply Asia Mandarin Orange Stir Fry Sauce
1 can mandarin orange segments
Rice for serving

Cut your chicken into strips, and brown in a bit of oil in a pan over medium.  Add veggies (mine were still partially frozen), sauce, and drained mandarin oranges.  Stir and cook for a few minutes, until chicken is cooked through and sauce is nice and thick.  As pictured above, I served this over rice.  That's it!  So simple!!

Everyone loved this, and I will definitely be grabbing some more of these sauces to keep on hand for future meals.  Go grab a flavor and try it out!
